We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships with clients. This position involves both outside and inside sales activities, including lead generation and territory management.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business prospects and generate leads through cold calling and networking.
  • Manage the entire sales process from initial contact to product demos and closing deals.
  • Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, manage accounts, and analyze sales data for strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies for lead generation and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
  • Prepare sales presentations and product demonstrations tailored to the needs of potential clients.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats or opportunities in the market.

Experience

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, and relationship building.
  • Strong understanding of RV market as it relates to OEM sales. Background in the RV market a strong plus.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
  • Understanding of technical aspects of RV electronic componentry, experience in automotive 12V industry a plus.
  • Ability to explain and train clients on company-related products.
  • Familiarity with Monday CRM or other CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and work with team on execution.
  • Background in marketing or technical sales can enhance your candidacy; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field preferred by not required.
  • Desire to be participatory and make a difference.
