Job Title: Cleanroom Assembler Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Cleanroom Assembler for a 3-month contract-to-hire opportunity in Fairfield, OH. This role involves working on the 1st shift from Monday to Thursday, 6am to 4pm. Responsibilities Set up lines using hand and power tools to assemble window frames. Perform other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Ability to read a tape measure. Experience in assembly work. Willingness to work overtime, 50+ hours a week. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in medical assembly. Familiarity with hand tools and fabrication techniques. Understanding of fabrication machine shop operations. Proficiency in using measuring tools and conducting fabrication inspections. Work Environment The role is based in a cleanroom environment during the 1st shift, Monday through Thursday, from 6am to 4pm. Employees are expected to work overtime when necessary, ensuring flexibility and commitment to project completion. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Chester, Ohio. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
