Description We’re looking for a sharp, versatile Copywriter with attention to detail and a passion for community to join our growing team. The successful candidate has agency experience and understands the dynamics and nuances of serving diverse client accounts with unique voices and perspectives. This is a hybrid role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced agency setting and knows how to craft copy that connects, converts, and builds brand consistency across marketing channels. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with designers, strategists, and account leads to concept and write compelling, persuasive, and brand-aligned copy for multichannel campaigns, including OOH, websites, social media, video, and more. Support strategic content development for B2B and B2C client campaigns, ensuring consistency across platforms. Collaborate with creative and account teams to develop campaign concepts and messaging frameworks. Translate client goals, value propositions, and marketing strategies into engaging copy that drives action. Edit and refine content for clarity, grammar, brand voice, and performance. Stay informed on marketing trends, audience behavior, and digital platform best practices. Work on multiple client accounts simultaneously, managing deadlines and revisions efficiently. Provide support for agency’s public-facing brand and communication, including drafting case studies, proposals, newsletters, social media posts, and other tasks as needed. Ensuring that all copy meets legals, equity, and brand compliance Required Skills and Qualifications 2–5 years of copywriting experience in a marketing, advertising, PR, or creative agency. Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of marketing copy across different industries and formats. Deep understanding of marketing principles, user journeys, and calls-to-action. Ability to write for various brand voices and adjust tone/style depending on the client and channel. Experience with MS365 and project management software (like Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or similar). Excellent command of grammar, style, and clarity in both short- and long-form copy. Strong collaboration and communication skills. Understanding of equity practices in communications and community engagement.
