Enrollment Admissions Recruiter for The School of Nursing & Healthcare Professionals (NHP) Salary Range: $65,000 to $80,000 (Annually) – Salary ranges and salary determination are based on experience & qualifications Trinity Washington University seeks an Enrollment Admissions Recruiter for the School of Nursing and Health Professions (NHP). The ideal candidate is sales-driven with healthcare system knowledge, capable of building credible relationships with prospective students, families, healthcare professionals, and community partners to achieve enrollment results. The role requires healthcare knowledge, sales experience, interpersonal skills, a commitment to Trinity's mission, and market understanding. The recruiter will manage a portfolio of prospects from inquiry to enrollment, collaborating with Enrollment Services and other offices. The recruiter will focus on recruiting and supporting enrollment goals for undergraduate and graduate students, working with a team dedicated to the institution's mission. Effective communication, relationship management, sales, and stakeholder engagement are essential qualities. Trinity values team members with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to developing relationships for university growth. This position reports to the Director of Admissions for NHP and collaborates with Deans and the AVP of Admissions for Graduate & Professional Schools. About Trinity: Located in the Nation’s Capital, Trinity Washington University is a private institution founded in 1897, offering undergraduate women’s education along with graduate, professional, and certificate programs. Primary Responsibilities: Recruit, steward, and enroll students in NHP programs. Build relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, community partners, and colleges. Develop and execute yield events for targeted enrollment pipelines. Use data to track analytics and inform outreach efforts. Create compelling presentations for various audiences. Travel locally and nearby to recruitment events, including virtual and on-campus activities. Prepare weekly admission reports.
