The role requires healthcare knowledge, sales experience, interpersonal skills, a commitment to Trinity's mission, and market understanding. The recruiter will manage a portfolio of prospects from inquiry to enrollment, collaborating with Enrollment Services and other offices. The recruiter will focus on recruiting and supporting enrollment goals for undergraduate and graduate students, working with a team dedicated to the institution's mission. Effective communication, relationship management, sales, and stakeholder engagement are essential qualities. This position reports to the Director of Admissions for NHP and collaborates with Deans and the AVP of Admissions for Graduate & Professional Schools. Primary Responsibilities: Recruit, steward, and enroll students in NHP programs. Build relationships with healthcare facilities, hospitals, rehabilitation centers, community partners, and colleges. Develop and execute yield events for targeted enrollment pipelines. Use data to track analytics and inform outreach efforts. Create compelling presentations for various audiences. Travel locally and nearby to recruitment events, including virtual and on-campus activities. Prepare weekly admission reports.
