Facility Maintenance Technician
The Facility Maintenance Technician works to ensure equipment is fully operational and develops maintenance programs.

Job Summary \n - Repair and perform preventive maintenance on a wide range of equipment
\n - Facilitate the development and implementation of the nextgeneration equipment maintenance program encompassing the entire manufacturingoperation
\n - Work closely with operations personnel to ensure themaintenance program aligns with equipment needs and productions on time delivery
\n - Develop and/or revise preventative maintenance procedures forassigned equipment as required
\n - Generate and maintain maintenance documentation and scheduleselectronically, following appropriate ISO procedures for all critical equipment
\n - Maintainspare parts list and minimum quantities for assigned equipment
\n - Responsiblefor on-time reporting of offline equipment and follow up notifications ofprogress
\n - Generalmaintenance as required to maintain the facility to a high standard
\n - Maintainhazardous waste logs and records in line with DEQ standards
\n - Coordinateand oversee the team for snow removal during inclement weather and other onsiteevents planned by the company
\n - Performother assignments as required by manager
\n

Required Skills and Qualifications \n - Must have a high sense of urgency for all projects
\n - Experience using hand and power tools
\n - Experience using standard electronic test equipment (volt,amp meter, etc.) and other relative test equipment
\n - Ability to fulfill scheduled and unscheduled overtimerequirements to maintain factory uptime
\n - Willingness to travel occasionally for off-site training
\n - Knowledge of analog and digital circuits and ability to readelectrical schematics and equipment manuals
\n - Basic knowledge of Microsoft office applications, including Outlook, and Excel
\n - Ability to work with database management software
\n - Abilities listed in the General Requirements of Team Members

Required Experience and Education \n - H.S. Diploma or GED
\n - Five (5) years experience with HVAC, Plumbing, &Electrical preferred
\n - Five (5) years experience with Air Compressors, Generators,& Vacuum Pumps preferred
\n - Five (5) years experience with general facility maintenance inan office or manufacturing environment preferred
\n - RCRA training preferred
\n - Oklahoma Journeyman license in anyrelated field preferred
