About the role Department Residential Marketing Reports to Associate Marketing Manager Start Date Immediate Compensation Paid You will report directly to the Marketing Manager and will be responsible for taking on a variety of tasks that allow the successful completion of planned marketing programs. This may include digital marketing, marketing collateral, partner portal, social media, direct mail, email marketing, content marketing, support to salesforce and more. Position requires strong desire to pursue marketing career where candidate learns marketing and business messaging and positioning of critical content for the intended audience. Responsibilities Include support for event planning and management Proofread copy for spelling, grammar, and layout, making appropriate changes Maintain and update reports on marketing results and project status Be actively involved with major external and internal partner portals with content creation and administrative management and support Assist marketing team with meeting coordination and team communications Assist with marketing administrative functions, including preparing and sending out information regarding tradeshows, and other events; literature mailings as required to support salesforce Assist in organizing promotional events, tradeshows, and conferences while managing all project delivery elements within time limits Management of department spreadsheets and databases Support Marketing Manager and Director as needed Qualifications Ability to be meticulous with accuracy and detail and multi-task to meet strict deadlines Self-direction, tact, diplomacy, and a courteous and professional demeanor Must be proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word Experience with social media and blogging a plus Must be an eager self-starter, extremely organized and be able to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously Education & Experience Must currently be enrolled in marketing degree program or similar degree program Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
