What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working buyer & seller leads provided by the brokerage and from your sphere.
• Following our 60-day success plan to build momentum fast.
• Prospecting & networking to grow your personal client base.
• Attending weekly training & coaching sessions to sharpen your skills.
• Using our CRM system to track leads and follow-ups effectively.
• Closing deals and building a sustainable real estate career.

Who We’re Looking For:

• At Least 6 months of experience as a "Current" Licensed Real Estate Agent
• "Current" Licensed Real Estate Agents (Massachusetts)
• Full-time commitment only – No part-time agents
• Self-motivated & goal-driven – You want to grow and succeed.
• Willing to generate business – We provide leads, but you must also be proactive.
• Comfortable with sales & follow-up – We train you on scripts and conversion.
• Team player – We thrive on collaboration and accountability.
