Work Arrangement: Remote

Location: Remote (U.S.-based only)

Duration: 6 Months | 1,040 Total Hours

Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only.

Engagement Type: W-2 only. No sponsorships, Corp-to-Corp, or 1099 arrangements permitted.

Overview:

Client is seeking a Salesforce Developer with strong experience to design and implement solutions across critical applications. In this role, you will provide advanced technical direction, architect and develop application components, and lead both design and development efforts. The position requires expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript , with the ability to mentor junior engineers, oversee complex projects, and ensure scalable, high-quality solutions. Experience with nCino is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and contribute to the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce .
• Apply JavaScript skills in developing dynamic, interactive Salesforce solutions.
• Provide advanced analytical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing new Salesforce technologies to align with business objectives.
• Oversee and mentor less experienced engineers, coordinating development tasks across projects.
• Prepare and manage the technical components of project plans , ensuring timely delivery and adherence to standards.
• Collaborate with Development, Operations, and Technology teams on system direction, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Develop and execute test data, test plans, and debugging activities for complex applications.
• Evaluate interrelationships across applications, platforms, and systems to ensure compatibility and performance.
• Prepare detailed technical specifications, documentation, diagrams, and charts to support problem analysis and solution design.
• Lead or participate in vendor evaluations and recommend technology improvements.
• Ensure compliance with Clients risk, regulatory, and internal control standards .

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree and 6+ years of systems analysis/application development experience, or a combined 8+ years of higher education/work experience with at least 6 years of systems analysis/application development.
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce development: Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and JavaScript.
• Familiarity with application development software, hardware platforms, and integrated environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and communication (verbal and written) skills, with prior experience presenting to varied audiences.
• Experience coordinating between applications and business units , recommending solutions, and driving project milestones.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring capabilities on project teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with nCino in financial services contexts.
• Subject matter expertise in Salesforce-supported business processes.
• Advanced knowledge of integrated and interfacing applications.
• Ability to multitask across complex, large-scale projects.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
