A leading regional talent agency is seeking a TV & Film Agent to join our growing team. This position is based in Atlanta, GA and allows for both remote and in-office work. 

Qualifications:
• Prior experience booking TV/Film, with a proven record of success
• Established network of casting, production, and industry contacts
• Strong understanding of the television and film landscape
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with casting directors, producers, and studios
• Actively pursue and secure television and film opportunities for talent
• Provide strategic career guidance to talent across regional and national markets
• Collaborate with internal teams to maximize opportunities for the agency's roster

Compensation:
Performance-driven compensation, based on a competitive commission structure.
