Schedule: Full-Time | 40 hrs/week | Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Contract Duration : 13 Weeks 

Weekly Breakdown:
Weekly Gross: $3,343.00 Per Week 
On W2(Taxable): $1,040.00 Per Week 
Stipend(Non-Taxable): $2,303.00 Per Week 

Overview: We are currently seeking two experienced and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) with a focus on Maternal and Child Health to join our Home Care team in Brooklyn, NY . This role involves traveling to patients’ homes to provide care to children from newborn to 18 years of age . In cases involving newborns, postpartum care may also be provided to mothers, counted as two separate visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver professional nursing services in the home to pediatric and maternal clients.
• Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Provide newborn and postpartum evaluations, education, and support.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with all regulations.
• Travel locally within Brooklyn to patient homes.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience in:
  • MedSurg
  • Maternal and Child Health
  • Critical Care
  • Pediatrics
• Current home health experience in Maternal-Child nursing.
• Strong communication and independent decision-making skills.

Licensure & Certifications:

• Active New York State RN License (Primary Source Verification required)
• AHA BLS Certification (Basic Life Support)
• PALS Certification (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
