We are a fast-growing womens fashion company based in Midtown Manhattan, specializing in stylish, trend-driven apparel. Our focus is on the Missy market, and we cater to leading off-price retailers.

Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Missy Fashion Designer with a strong background in the off-price market. The ideal candidate is highly creative, trend-savvy, and detail-oriented, with the ability to translate market trends into commercial designs. This is an on-site role requiring full-time presence in our Manhattan office.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Research and analyze current fashion trends, colors, and silhouettes for the Missy market

• Develop and present seasonal design concepts and mood boards

• Create CADs and technical sketches for presentation and production

• Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure design execution aligns with brand direction and retailer needs

• Attend fittings and provide design input as needed

• Knowledge of creating tech packs is a strong plus

Requirements:

• 
  3+ years of experience designing for the Missy category, with a focus on the off-price market

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for CAD and design work

• Strong understanding of garment construction, fit, and fabrication

• Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines

• 
  Excellent communication and teamwork skills
