Overview Sr. Dental Network Recruiter role at Zelis. Position Overview The Sr. Dental Network Recruiter is an experienced initiative-taker who is motivated by results-driven performance. Responsible for obtaining signed contracts from dental providers that are part of the company’s recruitment list. You would implement recruitment strategies to meet individual and dental division goals with bonus potential. The ideal candidate has experience and proven results in Dental PPO Networks and/or Dental third-party networks, and will help develop best-in-class recruitment strategies aligned with Zelis’ expanded Medicare Advantage Network. Summary Of Responsibilities Identify, recruit, negotiate, and contract a dental provider network in a geographic area within established targets to meet network needs. Contribute to the growth and value of Zelis Dental Networks. Negotiate effectively with dental providers, large dental groups, DSOs, and Dental Consultants. Build and maintain positive relationships with providers; communicate clearly in writing and verbally; demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills. Present information independently to stakeholders; understand provider challenges and office dynamics to educate providers and staff; make sound decisions and proactively build network relations. Manage PPO and Medicare Advantage recruitment and network retention within assigned territories. Support network initiatives and help ensure regulatory requirements and strategic goals are realized. Handle multiple tasks with shifting priorities to maximize client satisfaction and opportunities. Prioritize and organize tasks with persistent follow-through to achieve results. Understand provider contracts and assist with contracting protocols. Work effectively in both team and independent settings to achieve goals. Track daily performance and recruitment activity using appropriate tracking tools. Represent Zelis at industry shows. Perform other related responsibilities as assigned. Education / Experience 5+ years of experience in dental recruitment with proven network recruitment results. Industry knowledge of dental claims, provider relations, Medicare Advantage, and related dental industry experience. Substantive knowledge of insurance and dental terminology. Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) preferred. Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint), CRM and related applications. Work Environment Travel requirements to domestic destinations should not exceed 30%. Standard work week with potential additional hours based on needs and deadlines. Standard business environment with moderate noise levels. Core business hours apply. Private workspace to ensure privacy and compliance of protected data. Ability to sit for extended periods. Location and Workplace Flexibility We have offices in Atlanta GA, Boston MA, Morristown NJ, Plano TX, St. Louis MO, St. Petersburg FL, and Hyderabad, India. Zelis fosters a hybrid and remote-friendly culture; employee work locations are based on position needs and determined by the Leadership team. In-office work varies by work and team objectives in accordance with company policies. Base Salary Range $59,000.00 - $79,000.00 per year. Zelis is committed to fair and equitable compensation; base pay is one part of total rewards, potentially including discretionary bonuses, commissions, or other incentives depending on the role.
